The last month has flown by!! I looked at Ryan earlier this week and said, "do you believe it's already been 4 weeks since she was born?!?" We've had so much help this first month and can't thank everyone enough. My mom and Ryan's mom took turns staying with me during the day for the first two weeks or so. They were able to get the kids outside and keep them entertained for me. I didn't have to make one meal until this week as we had so many people bring us food. I could really get used to that!! :) Thank you all!
Adrienne is doing so well. She eats every three hours during the day. After she eats she is awake for a little while, then will usually sleep for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. She prefers to sleep in her crib, however every once in a while she'll snooze in her swing or in our arms. Her fussy time is typically from about 6 - 9 PM, so one of us is usually holding her or bouncing her. She eats around 10 PM and the last two nights hasn't woken up until 4:30 AM to eat again. Amazing how great I feel after a 4 - 5 hour stretch of sleep!
Payton and Nolan absolutely love their little sister. Payton asks to hold her several times a day and will hold her for up to 15 minutes. Nolan will only hold her for about 3 minutes, however the whole time he is kissing her forehead and rubbing his big cheeks on her face. She is definitely loved!
