Payton is finally walking! She has been able to walk on her own since before she turned one, but has never had the confidence to do it by herself. We said, "she'll definitely be walking by her birthday". Then it was, "she'll definitely be walking by Christmas." Once January came and went it was, "I sure hope she's walking by the time this baby is born!"
Finally, she started walking around yesterday. Before she would only walk if she could walk back and forth between two people, but now she will randomly walk down the hall, through the bathroom and bedroom and back into the hall. She still enjoys scooting, but is having a lot of fun walking and wandering around on her own.
Awesome!! That will come in so handy when you have another little kiddo to carry around soon! Way to go, Payton!!
